Wildcats take on DuPage in 2025 National Championship
The top two teams in NJCAA DIII Football are set to square off in the National Championship game. The Wildcats are ranked #2 coming off an MCAC Championship where they defeated Rochester CTC 37-29. Their opponent will be the #1 ranked College of Dupage.
The Wildcats come into the game with a 10-1 record while Dupage comes in with a 6-2 record. The Wildcats led the nation in points per game with 45.5 while Dupage ranked third with 38.1 points per game. NDSCS also led the nation in rushing with 246.2 and Dupage was second with 194.6 yards per game. Defensively, the Wildcats led the nation in total turnovers forced with 22 fumble recoveries and 13 interceptions on the year. The defense also had five touchdowns and 18 sacks.
This game will be a rematch of the 2022 National Championship where Dupage topped NDSCS by a score of 14-12. NDSCS is looking to win their first National Championship while Dupage is looking to win their fifth straight NJCAA DIII National Championship.
The game will played at noon on Saturday, December 6 in Glen Ellyn, IL and will be streamed on ESPN+.
