Wildcats Falter in Regular Season Finale
In their final regular season game NDSCS traveled to Inver Grove Heights to take on Dakota County Tech in a rematch of their meeting in the Circle of Nations Classic back on December 8.

In their final regular season game NDSCS traveled to Inver Grove Heights to take on Dakota County Tech in a rematch of their meeting in the Circle of Nations Classic back on December 8. The Wildcats struggled to slow the Blue Knights defensively and 15 team turnovers ultimately lead to the 82-85 defeat.
Melvin Newbern led the Cats in scoring and on the glass as he registered another double-double with 21 points and 17 rebounds. Johnnie Turner contributed a solid line with 13 points and six rebounds. He also knocked down three of his four attempts from deep.
The Wildcats won the battle on the boards as they outrebounded DCTC 45-40.
NDSCS finishes the regular season with a record of 24-6. Following the loss, the Wildcats will look ahead to the upcoming Region XIII Tournament on March 3-4 in Wahpeton, ND at the Blikre Activities Center. They will take on the winner of 4/5 play in game on Saturday, March 3 at 4 PM.
