The (23) NDSCS Men's team closed out the regular season with a 82-71 win over UTTC on Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats conclude the regular season with a 29-1 record with an 20-1 mark in Mon-Dak play.
A foursome of Wildcats reached double-figures, led by Detavius Frierson with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assits. Aaron Williams Jr. had 20 points, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. While Peyton Newbern had 17 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists. Kaleb Larson chipped in 11 points and 3 rebounds.
The Wilcats now await their region tournament opponent. The region tournament semi-finals tip off Saturday (March 2 at 2 pm and continues March 3 with championship at 4 pm).
